4.3 Refund Policy
Refund policies are subject to the specific service agreement. Generally, if services cannot continue due to our fault, refunds will be calculated based on the actual progress of services rendered and issued accordingly. Tuition and accommodation fees paid directly to the institution or overseas regulatory accounts must follow the refund terms outlined in the enrollment contract, except when a visa is rejected twice and the school has a dedicated refund policy. In such cases, we will assist you in communicating with the institution to process refunds in accordance with their regulations.
5. Service Guarantee
5.1 Professional Standard
We provide services with professionalism and integrity, but we do not guarantee application outcomes. Study abroad results depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to the student's qualifications, changes in school policies, and competition levels.
5.2 Information Timeliness
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date study abroad information. However, school policies and admission requirements may change at any time. Please refer to official announcements from the schools for final information.
